Family Hubs Outreach Support

Signposting to local services:

'We work with families who have children aged birth to 5, particularly those who may need extra support to access local Family Hubs and funded childcare. A key part of our role is supporting eligible families to access 15 hours of free childcare for 2 year olds, helping improve school readiness and early development.

We can:

• Support families to access Family Hubs and activities
• Help with funded childcare applications and placements
• Signpost to SEND information, Bookstart, and local services
• Link families to Early Help and wider support'
